1. 天津住美集团
住美智能小区&家居云平台项目负责人. 负责项目的设计,规划和实施.项目有总后台, 小区后台,业主App三部分组成。
2. 北京中税集团
负责中税税本系统开发. 负责项目的需求分析, 设计和总体规划. 项目有税本App, 知识库,税本后台三个子系统组成。
3. 四川万瑞集团下属通信有限公司
负责联通SGIP短信网关开发和测试， 该项目是根据《中国联合通信公司短消息网关系统接口协议(SGIP)1.2版》开发出短信网关程序，并同SP商进行相应的测试。该项目采用C＃.Net 完成，后端采用Microsoft SQL Server存储业务数据。
4. 川大智胜软件股份有限公司
参与十五机场空中交通管制. 负责塔台模拟器搭建, 空管数据建模。
5. 华能集团
负责华能康定冷竹关水电站LED显示系统改造项目.该项目主要目的是将原来本地读取数据显示方式改作从Oracle 数据库读取数据显示。该项目采用VB实现。
6. 四川小巨人集团
负责智能牧场平台开发. 该项目是牧场设备行业IOT应用. 由后台管理平台, 用户APP,智能大屏三部分组成。

技术总监
1.负责中国联通OSS域系统的方案策划、技术交流、招投标、产品演进规划、产品白皮书、需求规格说明书等工作。成功推广了联通集团资源管理、青海公众客户服务支撑、浙江工程项目管理、内蒙古网络质量分析、湖北ONU管理等7个项目。
2.负责OSS域系统的售前拓展工作。获得了电信研究院资源管理二期、互联网监测、四川联通资源管理、陕西联通资源管理等多个项目中标，并成功进入广电、军队等行业。
3.负责吉林联通OSS域系统（资源管理系统、集成定单系统、服务开通系统）的产品交付、项目运维工作。在3个月时间内完成了3大系统的割接上线，3轮上千用例的测试工作，保障上线零故障。系统上线后，带领团队开发了IT监控系统，实现了系统的自动化运维，无人值守。
4.分别负责资源管理系统、CRM系统的设计开发、进度质量控制工作，包括概要设计、详细设计、编码开发、代码检查、质量控制、开发进度计划管理等工作。成功完成了河北号线资源、 湖北机线资源、CRM业务资源等子系统的研发工作，按时保质完成产品交付。
